Hidden hand is her attack buff that she gets when she gets 4 matching tiles

nope. The ult technically draws 4 cards of the same face, so does it automatically hidden hand buff so that next enhanced basic will have hidden hand?
I get that if you currently have hidden hand and ult, the ult will be buffed by it
